Good Points

Part of Abbey National PLC.

Bad Points

Pathetically low saving rates, plus, bank charges without notice.

General Comments

Cater Allen charge you £10 per month when your business bank account balance falls below £5000.

They charged us an extra £20 out of the blue after we had informed them that we were closing our account with them and moving elsewhere.

Unsuitable for small business.
