Good Points

Until you buy the tickets from them they are very good at following it up.


Bad Points

They are lots of them in my case.
I had booked my tickets from X-to-Y and Y-to-Z.
1. They forgot to book my Y-to-Z tickets and mail them to me.
2. It is very difficult to reach the person who booked the tickets.
3. After calling several times, finally they sent the tickets, but with the wrong date!


General Comments

I had a very bad experience with 4Lowfare.com. The support was unfriendly once I had bought the tickets. They actually messed up twice in my case, and they forgot to send the tickets and booked with the wrong date. It is also very difficult to get hold of them once you buy the ticket.
