I love the Burn With Kearns exercise DVD!! It is a smart and efficient way to get yourself looking good, and it definitely gives you the tools you need to be strong and fit. Kevin's no nonsense approach to fitness is refreshing, and he is one of the few trainers out there who will really get you in shape with just a short workout.

This DVD will help anyone. If you are serious about getting fit or staying fit then this DVD is a must!
