Good Points
Consistently good rates.
Transfer to my nominated bank account is easy and straightforward.
Telephone help has always been efficient and polite.

Bad Points
I had some problems actually logging in, due to incorrect Java versions and other unknown reasons; possibly pop-up blocking switched on.

General Comments
Reading other reviews regarding other internet bank accounts, I am sticking with these people. I have had the account for several years, and I have had no problems.

The other reason I'm staying though is that it can be a pain to set up another internet account, as there is too much to fill in, read and check and double check.



Their rates are almost as good as the best, so I'm happy to stay.
