Good Points

Works OK when it works.
Simple to log in.
All accounts can be viewed together.


Bad Points

Doesn't work very often at all.
Rate on interest paid on savings has fallen consistently since I opened the account, confirmed via mail in the post, not when I log on to my account.


General Comments

Egg banking do not appear to want my business at all, and they have made it nearly impossible for me to gain access to my money, as it is an internet access only account. Phone staff are unhelpful. I have been advised to try the internet when it is back online to access my money. Not a lot of good if I need it when I want it, as opposed to when they can be bothered to repair their site. I have waiting for 2 weeks now.

Another annoying thing was the mail in the post I got telling me how my interest was being cut on a regular basis, negating any positive affect of having the account.

Maybe I have just been unlucky.
