Good Points

There are no good points with this company at all


Bad Points

The customer service does not have a reliable system to check if the emails have been responded to already. They do not have a direct line to contact in case of any complications , and they do not respond to messages in a timely manner.


General Comments

I purchased insurance to protect my Motorola Razr phone, and filed a claim after I lost the phone about 8 months after I purchased the insurance. For over 4 months I had tried correspondance with the company via emails, and the claim was denied stating Quote "You reported that you lost your phone in Tijuana Mexico. Unfortunately, the claims administrator denied your claim as " LOST" is not covered peril." when none of the documentation displayed stated that lost phones were not covered. I am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against the company for misleading information and negligence in their responsibilities as a mobile insurance company.
