Cheap when geting free upgrade !

General Comments
I'm sorry but the Motorola Ti250 is the worst phone I've bought. First there was no ITAP which allows writing SMS without spelling each word. Orange could not fix with software upgrades so had to send to Motorola for 5 working days. Free collection and delivery but not good enough. Now keypad faulty and yet again having to return to Motorola. Orange refuse to replace and Motorola refuse to replace. Service does not out weigh this phones bad points.
Buttons are well placed but menu is slow and confusing. When finally got ITAP I found it still very slow writing SMS.
