Good Points

Express Talk seems simple and the layout is easy to get around, there are a lot of features for the price, like 6 lines, call recording, on hold, conferencing, etc. Runs on Vista!!


Bad Points

Does not support proprietary codecs (not sure if that's bad).


General Comments

The quality of audio is great with Express Talk and it runs on my Vista platform as well as XP. My Eyebeam Lite crashed on Vista. Small setup file so I was able to download in seconds and have it installed and running in a matter of minutes.
