General Comments

VIRGIN CHARGES WAY TOO MUCH FOR CALLS IT IS A PURE RIP OFF, TRYING TO FIND TOP UP CARDS ARE LIKE TRYING TO FIND A NEEDLE IN A HAY STACK AND THE SAME FOR TRYING TO GET A SIGNAL SO YOU CAN MAKE A CALL THAT WILL BE TOTALLY OVERCHARGED! TAKE MY GOOD ADVICE AND STAY WELL CLEAR FROM VIRGINMOBILES STICK WITH O2!

Some evidence to back up your claims would be good. If there's no T-Mobile coverage in your area, why didn't you check this before buying your phone? When I bought my Virgin phone, they were happy to check this for me before I spent my money. To criticise this afterwards seems to demonstrate a lack of research going into your choice of phone in the first place. So O2 have better coverage in your area? I'll bet there are black spots where O2 have no coverage and Virgin is fine. Also, you can top up with debit or credit cards and e-top up, and I have found my local Tesco's always has cards. How exactly did not being able to get a card make the calls more expensive? Should have made them cheaper (and considerably shorter) as far as I can tell. Unhelpful and ill considered.

Your review of Virgin mobile is ridiculous! I have a great signal, maybe it's just your 1980's mobile phone (House Brick with an Aerial). I don't know what you are talking about, the calls are cheaper than all the networks, the text messages are also cheap(3p). If you can't get a signal, i am surprised, cause, your phone is probably like a crashed satellite.

Virgin Mobile is the biggest rip-off in the world. STAY AWAY. I tried to add minutes to my account and because their network was messed up, they blocked all of my future attempts. My phone is a useless piece of garbage.

Branson has stolen my money and I'm boycotting everything else he sells; forever.
