Good Points
Flight was on time and there was enough room on the plane to be comfortable.

Bad Points
Going to Majorca with Spanish staff made it very difficult to understand what was being said. They weren't very cheerful and were a little rude when you asked for something which they didn't understand. The inflight ham in a sweet roll, with very weak tea was edible but not really good - crackers would have been better.

General Comments
Air Europa provided an efficient flight and got us to our destination. Maybe if we took the time to learn other languages the apparent rudeness may not really be there.
