Good Points

Easy to use shopping cart.
Quick order processing.
Integrated credit and shipping processing.
SEO friendly pages.
Integrated bulk email tools.


Bad Points

Some small or start up companies may find the initial cost restrictive, but our traffic and orders made up for it fairly quickly.


General Comments

We've used a few e-commerce "carts", and we found Nexternal is a great e-commerce solution. We tried their 15 day free trail and really liked what we saw. They offered full service setup to match our old site. We now have an easy to use shopping cart, and quick order processing with integrated credit card and shipping.
