Bad Points

I have never been able to sign into this account without calling customer service. I write down all of my passwords and my passkey has never worked without calling for help and her been reset 4 times. I have also never been able to use the web site to reset the passkey. I just get an error message.

The other problem with the site is that the security questions asked by the telephone customer service reps rely too heavily on the paper statements. Questions include: "What is your credit limit?"or "What was the amount of your last payment?" Now, if your like me you simply pay whatever balance is there and don't always remember. Don't ask me what I paid for gas or electric either, I just pay the bill.


General Comments

This is the worst online banking site I have ever used. It's worst than North Fork Bank and that's terrible. I consistently have difficulty signing on and the site is generally not user friendly. I enjoy online banking as I currently using American Express, Citi, Discover, HSBC and two credit union sites. However, the Bank of American has wasted a lot of my time and has been a great source of frustration.
