Good Points

ALL the staff are very friendly, and they are willing to help to solve any issue that may arise.
The Bar/Waiter staff are also very friendly, yet do a professional job. Everyone one of the staff speaks very good English.
The rooms are always spotless.


Bad Points

The entertainment is not the best in the world, and there are some evenings when there is nothing entertainment wise.
The pool becomes busy by 0900-0930, and if you want a sun bed/lounger, I would recommend that you are down at the pool by 0800 hours.


General Comments

We stayed on the first floor in a single floor apartment at Villa Concha. We had maid service three times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri). The rooms were always spotless, with the towels being changed three times a week, (Mon, Wed, Fri), and the bed sheets twice on a Monday and a Friday.

If you are traveling in a party and are staying in different apartments, the internal telephone system is a great way to call other apartments. All you have to do is dial the apartment number. Every room has a telephone for internal and International external calls.

Being a teenager myself, I found some mates on the complex who I could hang out with by the pool, in the lounge area or games room or in the bar area.

There doesn't have to be entertainment for a teenager to enjoy themselves. A game of Pool is now only one Euro, and the Games Room is open most of the night.
