General Comments

I have owned this Citroen Relay 2.8 HDi vehicle for 2 years and have a love/hate relationship with it. I work as a courier and the Citroen has a cavernous load area with a low deck which aids quick loading and easy handling of goods. The engine seems bullet proof, the 2.8 HDi has plenty of grunt, even when fully loaded. The downside is that the gearbox needed reconditioning after just 30,000 miles and then again at 85,000 miles at over £1000.00 a go, not good. It's had a new radiator, front bearings, the central locking does not work anymore and the general build quality is poor which is a shame because the engine seems to be top quality.
