Good Points

Setup with 15 minutes from sign-up.
98% of my spam, worms and phishing emails were caught outside of my network!

General Comments

Hands down the way to combat spam is "before" it is delivered to your inbox. The Spam Busters is a hosted service. Sign-up is super quick, and you have full control via a web based control panel. Service runs about 2 bucks per email account per month. You can sign-up for FREE for 2 weeks to try out the service.
