Has lots of features that others don't. I have used lots of these products. My customers like this one the best because it's easy to use. I like it because I don't have to teach them how to use it. :)
- No problems with firewalls, dynamic IP's and routers, etc.
- Totally secure
- Customers don't have to call ahead and get a PIN assigned to them. They run the program and type in what's wrong and it takes care of the rest.
- If tech are away, the customer can ask it to wait for a technician to log in. When a tech gets back, it will automatically connect.
- Can reboot into safe mode, then auto-reconnect.
- Ability to brand it.
- Goes through firewalls and routers without any problems.
Doesn't work like Remote Desktop. You can only get in when your customer "Invites" you. After that, you can't come back in until they invite you again.
Hands down, Instant Housecall On-Demand Remote Support has the best "look and feel", and it's definitely the easiest Help Desk software to use. It has lots of features that the other products don't (some of them are pretty subtle and nice to have, others make a really big difference).
I love that it routes people to the right technician, and if no-body's available, it will keep them in a queue until someone logs on.
They give you a web site and let you brand it.
Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
