Good Points

Range of designs that are a bit different to the norm - my daughter wanted something that reflected her and her groom's personalities and they found that in the Something New range. Perfect Wedding Store were good about colour and pics, allowing them to have something that was totally personal to them.


Bad Points

Obviously very busy at times and have had to leave messages but they were very good at helping me to stay calm when the printers were not performing to timescales.


General Comments

Somewhere in the proofing stage copy got lost in cyberspace! They were both very good at actually picking up the phone and sorting things out. The Order of Service which I was really panicking about having for the day in fact turned up 4 days early, thanks to their persistence. There were times when I was exasperated at having to leave a message but when I needed them they certainly did all and more then I could have asked.
