We were able to change numbers and the nightclub easily.
Bad Points
Promised a city centre hotel, got one 4 miles out of town.
We weren't given what we were promised and when we complained, we were told it wasn't their fault it was everyone else's.
Really disappointed and would strongly recommend not using them!!
General Comments
I went away with a small group for my hen do. We were all looking forward to it but had several problems with Maximise. The hotel wasn't in the city centre, but 4 miles out. Due to inaccurate information we didn't get the spa experience we were promised. Half of the information on the itinerary was inaccurate. Overall really unhelpful. Once they had our money they didn't seem to care anymore. If you want something special use someone else or organise it yourself. It certainly wasn't value for money.

Yeah we had a similar experience when we found out we were a mile and a half outside Cardiff but to be fair when we rang to complain they offered to change hotel immediately. But if we moved to centre it meant NCP parking £10 per night! whereas this original hotel had free parking on site....I did some research and found out that no city centre hotels have their own car park! I then found out that the activity site was only two miles from the hotel so as it was swings and roundabouts we decided to stay at original as it was a good quality hotel, all night bar etc... we just got cabs into town on both nights (cheaper than NCP parking for two nights!) - hotel reception sorted cabs out. All in all it was a really good weekend.....despite initial worries - This company are actually quite good!
