My initial deal with Mobiles.co.uk seemed fine with half price line rental for a year. I was sent a replacement phone when my phone broke of it's own accord. You actually pay full price line rental up front and have to claim back the half price by sending through your 6 month, 9 month and then 12 month bills within 30 days. Yes, all at your own inconvenience which I'm sure is what they rely on knowing some people forget or find it a hassle.

The Nokia phone I purchased with the deal, broke twice in the space of 3 months and when Mobiles.Co.UK advised I send it back for repair a second time, I felt it was not on. How many times do I have to go to the post office to send a phone back in a year? They said they wouldn't give me a different phone, even though I stated I'd be happy with the most basic/cheap model they had instead, as long as it worked instead of the fancy camera one I got from them.
