Good Points

Fantastic hotel. Service was second to none. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Very clean and well maintained. Gardens and pool area were immaculate. Food was good, although I have had slightly better. A fabulous hotel!


Bad Points

Entertainment was not to my liking, although the Germans and the Spanish seemed to love endless fashion shows, Chinese acrobats and naff singers. A good disco would be an improvement.


General Comments

After 6 visits to the Canaries, probably the best hotel we've stayed in. I cannot understand why it is not a 5*. It was brilliant, and I will definitely be returning.
