Good Points

Great spin speed leaving clothes hardly wet.
Very hot dryer.
Large drum.
Integrated.


Bad Points

The dryer sometimes has a rubbery smell. I think this is because it's very hot!
You have no idea how long the wash cycle has to go, as it just has 3 indicators of wash, rinse and spin.
The dryer is operated by the option of about 6 settings, and you can't open the door until the end, unless you turn off the electricity and wait for the safety catch to knock off.


General Comments

I've had the Hotpoint BWD129 washer dryer for just over a year. I've had the engineer out once for a pen that dislodged a plug at the back, resulting in the kitchen being flooded.

Overall, I find the machine OK. It takes an age to wash a normal everyday wash, so I tend to put it on quick wash quite often.
