Didn't answer any of my e mails. Website account details and problem e-mail addresses difficult to locate


General Comments

I have used Sendit.com previously without problem - but if you do have a problem, don't expect them to answer your e mails. After four e-mails over the period of a week, I decided that I needed to contact them in the old fashioned way and give them a call. The guy that answered was very polite and adopted the 'no problem' approach, I was told that I would be sent a replacement. Five days later I received an e-mail telling me that my DVD was out of stock. I have cancelled and will hopefully get my money back. Their prices are hard to resist, but I'll be giving them a wide berth in future.
