Good Points

Extremely hard working waiting staff. Good family pool. Room perfectly adequate and clean. Towels changed daily and bedding frequently. Very nice reception area. Excellent access to bus routes. Food at breakfast and evening ok-hot and adequate enough choice.


Bad Points

Some areas of hotel a little run down. Poor entertainment in evenings. On the outskirts of main tourist area in Paphos. Have to pay extra for kettle and tea making facilities which is a bit steep for a hotel with a 4 star rating. No Sky tele and air conditioning not fantastic in room. Choice of food at lunch only available at poolside and choice not great.


General Comments

As with previous reviewers, a little worried before setting off on hols. This was a last minute booking on a half board basis. As with a lot of Mediterranean hotels I would say the star rating was not as we would expect back home - probably 3 star. It all depends how much you've paid. All inclusive did seem to have the worst deal as the entertainment was extremely limited. If you have young children I would not use this hotel as there is very little to keep them amused, especially in evenings. However our room was clean, had all basic requirements. Pool area is pleasant but waterfall area a little tired looking and could have been cleaner. Nothing horrific, but just a little grubby looking. Waitresses extremely hard working and pleasant. I asked for extra pillows and towels-no problems. It sounds as if some rooms are worse than others or perhaps people's expectations are different. If you just want a bed, breakfast and evening meal or to use as a base whilst on holiday this is perfectly adequate. If you want everything provided by the hotel for your holiday perhaps this is not the hotel for you
