Good Points

Easy to put your money into C/D's

Bad Points

Extremely slow in giving your money back at maturity and account closing

General Comments

Everbank have held my money for 3+ weeks after a C/D matured and I closed my account as they instructed me to do. In essence, these folks have held my money and gotten use of it without paying me a dime.

I recommend you deal with your local bank for these types of accounts, where you can have access to your money when you need it, and at least have a face to associate with if there are problems like this.
