General Comments

Flight JFK - HEL was cancelled and Finnair did not inform me. I arrived too late at the destination to attend the event to which I was traveling. The flight home was changed to the following day. Finnair did not inform me. Flight VNO - HEL was delayed, and I missed my connection HEL - JFK. Finnair refused to rebook me on another airline out of VNO. I flew to HEL. Finnair refused to book me on other airline to JFK. I spent the night and flew home the next day. I arrived at JFK two days late, and without my baggage. I received my bag seven days later.
