Good Points

When the Dyson DC01 was released, it was to first 'bagless' cleaner. I am an engineer and I am impressed continually by most of the design features and it's style. Good suction - unless blockage. Excellent value for money.


Bad Points

Not the greatest of wands... and whatever you do, don't squash the suction hose to the wand because it does not like to reshape and will block. The most frequent blockage (once a month) requires tools to get the bottom plate off... messy job.


General Comments

The Dyson DC01 vacuum cleaner was passed down to us from my wife's side - after many years of hard use (4 years). All it needed was a new cable and wand, and now we've had it for 2 years. It is ready to change now - being scratched - bits lost, rubber perishing etc.

Overall, it is a great cleaner.
