Good Points

Hard to think of any.


Bad Points

Arrived to find no help to get to the apartment or any help with suitcases.
Terrible smell of poor drainage outside blocks.
Ants in every apartment, or at least everyone we spoke to.
Food at best average. Jamie Oliver would have a field day with the kids buffet.
Drinks served in small plastic glasses, even in the evenings. Even for beer.
Very crowded and not very clean in public areas.


General Comments

The Pafian Sun Hotel in Paphos is billed as a 4 star hotel! Believe me, it is not! At best I would rate it at 3 star, and the food and entertainment are no more than 2 star.

This is probably one of those hotels where lots of people go once. The Thomas Cook pictures are very flattering, but we have spent £2200 for 7 nights (family of 4), and I reckon it was worth less than half!

To cap it all, we had a 6 hour delay coming back. Nothing to do with airport security; just Monarch airlines!
