General Comments
I am quite surprised by the bad reviews about Natwest on here. I have banked with Natwest my whole life, and I would recommend it 100%. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help. One even complimented me on my hairstyle the other week and we ended up having a conversation about hairdressers for 10 minutes. The services are really easy to use, and the banks are always very clean and well looked after. I get a very good interest rate, and I can rest assured that Natwest put me and my needs first. They are very good at advising me on how to handle my money. They also have very good offers on accounts for younger people. In short, I would recommend Natwest to anybody.
