Everything about that place is BAD


General Comments

We purchased a car on Finace with Bristol Trade Centre and was straight away given a rubbish price for both of our cars. We still went ahead as we really wanted the car. We were asked if we wanted a £1000 cashback which we thought about and agreed to as we thought it would come in handy. We were promised this cheque on the Monday but when it came to it we couldn't pick the cheque up so we kept calling and calling and they kept coming up with excuses over and over again - we were then told that because the Finance Company had not paid them they could not pay us that £1000 (basically we had to wait until they got paid before they could pay us) we are now Thursday and have just been told that it could be another week as the Finance Company only pay out on a Thursday and we could be too late for today. Has anyone else had this problem or is it just us?
