General Comments

Pinnacle have made every excuse in the book and more not to make a Mortgage Protection Insurance payment on time. They want a signed declaration from my doctor every month at a cost of £17.50 a time. I got charged hundreds of pounds by the company First National bank, and later by G.E. Money, and the loan amount at the end of the period of sickness was the same as when the claim started, so it ended up costing me more than that, if you count 18 declarations at £17.50 a time.
