Very light, Expandable via mmc/sd card slot upto 512mb sd card (with new firmware).
Easy to use good software.
Nice looking. Fantasic backlight.
Theres also Fpio (shareware) software to transfer music files out of the mpio.
Bad Points
While more bassy and better sounding (esp if you fiddle with the equalizer settings) I found the out-put power not to be enough for my tastes. Although with decent Neobyium magnet earphones this might not matter.
General Comments
The Mpio FL100 is anice soild player. See the above points.
I have decided to upgrade to the new ipod though.
