Feature-packed and value for money.
Noisy fan.
Tray takes ages to open.
Would not record to disc supplied with machine.
I purchased this Lite-On LVW-5006 recorder for £99.99 which was great value for money considering the features. I always do my research and after only finding one poor rating, I decided to buy it. Since then I have regretted it and finally took it back for a refund.
Problems - Very noisy fan. Disc tray takes 15 seconds to open. Sometimes it would record, other times it would reject the blank disc, even the DVD+RW supplied with the recorder. It wouldn't recognise my camcorder through the DV link.
Don't buy this machine unless you are very patient.
