Good Points

Good sea views
Convenient location


Bad Points

228 sunbeds for 1900 people
Dining room service was chaotic. Faulty Towers would be much better
Staff attitude in general


General Comments

The Victoria palace Hotel in Sunny beach, Bulgaria in short is a show-house with no services. If you expect even 2 star services don't go. It looks good, and it is in a good location, but that's where it all ends. Sorry.
