Good Points
They give you an account, and when you're in the good, they like to help and throw money your way.

Bad Points
When you need them they can never help, and they just make matters worse for you, because if you happen to fall behind by a day, they add charges to the matter. If you get a mortgage through them and your money happens to be a day late clearing in the account in time for the mortgage payment, they will make the payment to the lender (which is them), then stop it and take the money back (meaning the lender then will charge you 30 pounds), and then they will also charge you 30 pounds, then clear the money in your account and take the payment as well as a 60 pounds charge, which is half for them and half for the mortgage lender (them). To make matters worse, if you call up for help you end up speaking to someone in India, and they don't speak hardly any English and just take you on a wild chase, which must be why they use a horse in there adverts.

General Comments
I have been banking with TSB (now Lloyds TSB) for around 10 years plus, and I can't wait to leave!



Their interest rates are a joke! Their account charges are a joke, and as for customer service and care, that's the biggest joke of the lot! They will throw money at you when you don't need it, but as soon as you need help they run and hide! 10 years of being a loyal banker got me nowhere with them.
