Bad Points
The timer broke after 2 years. I was quoted £40 for the repair by the dealer, so I ordered a new timer off eBay for £16 and fitted it myself.
General Comments
The Dualit 4 Slice toaster looks very stylish, but frankly toast is toast. I was disappointed it broke after 2 years, and the repair cost was more than buying a new (non-Dualit) toaster.
