Good Points

Disney World is a fantastic place. You can't help but feel like you have stepped into a different world and you feel completely comfortable. You won't be disappointed.


Bad Points

There are times of the year that make Disney World a little less magical, like anytime between mid June to mid September. Those being the usual hottest times of the year for the Orlando area and the unbelievable amount of people will become annoying for most. I've found the best times to go are the beginning of March and after Mid September. That way you can get there before the spring break and after kids are back in high school and college as well as labor day. Also the food is expensive, so either purchase a meal plan (saves you a lot of money if you are there for more than 3 days; you can use it at any Disney park and their hotels) or just save up.


General Comments

For all those who have had a bad experience, especially with reservations, remember that unfortunate things like that happen. Sometimes when you make reservations on the phone with a Disney, or any hotel employee, reservations get lost because they press one wrong button by accident. My advice for those who are going to book over the phone or online, call 10 minutes after you make the reservation to confirm the reservation. Do so every so often and especially before you leave to go to Disney. The best option is to book through a travel agent. They can get you deals and also will offer meal plans. These will get you a lot more food at the park as well as at the Disney hotels for a lot cheaper.
