Good Points

Friendly staff.
Location 2 minutes from the beach and quiet.
Rooms cleaned every day, and linen every couple of days.


Bad Points

Outward appearance is good on the face of it, but as you got behind this, it was tired.


General Comments

Rooms at Hotel Letsos in Alykansas, Zakynthos were allocated on arrival. Because you have to pay £35 per week for air conditioning, you couldn't have a room with air con if you are not prepared to pay for it. Our room was tiny. The bathroom was 3ft by 3ft, and you could have a shower whilst sitting on the loo or using the sink. We were on the ground floor and our balcony was uncovered so when people hung their washing out it dripped straight in our doorway. The fridge very worn out, and there weren't really enough facilities to do any cooking. The Linen barely fitted the bed and was so thin and bobbly you could see the mattress through it, and the towels were also thin. But the flip-side of this is that my Mum and Aunt had another room further down the corridor which was light and airy with a lovely large bathroom, with separate shower cubicle, double patio doors and a lovely view. Please note we all paid the same money, but the accommodation is not consistent. This complex is getting really tired, which is a shame as the owners are lovely.
