Good Points

No problems with deliveries, as they contract them out to the big courier companies like TNT, so you know you get a great service.


Bad Points

You cannot contact them, and they don't reply to any of your requests. I have emailed them over 5 times to issue VAT INVOICES, and I have not received a response to date. I have also emailed regarding an insurance claim, and I have had no response, and I have another one on its way soon, so I am quite concerned.


General Comments

The proof in the pudding is when you get a response when things go wrong, and Parcel Fusion are unable to pull through on this. So long as nothing goes wrong with your delivery they are fine.
