Good Points

Classy hotel with good sized rooms and facilities. We had 2 superior rooms, one for us (my husband is a wheelchair user) and one for our two teenage sons (16,18) . The hotel was accessible and the staff could not do enough to help. We needed to book a holiday to suit both our kids and us and this fitted the bill. The clubs and nightlife close by suited the kids and they made several friends in the hotel. Good to say not over run by kids, a nice balance. Food very good, entertainment OK, but we tended to go out in the evening. Would definitely return here .


Bad Points

None really to speak of. Staff were quite strict with people in the pool that is my kids were told off for throwing balls and you weren't able to use a lilo. (Though that's not really a bad thing) If you are severely disabled ie weak upper body you may find it difficult to transfer to small shower chair.


General Comments

Overall Vulcano in Playa De Las Americas was a great holiday, great food; excellent location; pleasant and helpful staff.
