Practical to use. It takes the strain of the hands and wrists; also it counts your push ups for you.

General Comments
Great for doing your push ups as it makes it that bit easier, because it takes the strain of the wrists and hands and with a digital counter there is no question as to how many you do. Yes you don't need it to do push ups but it is a great incentive to get you excercising and it feels that bit easier. It's on sale at "Play.com" and is good value for money as it is very well made.
