General Comments

I love the Davina McCall Power of 3 exercise DVD. The workout is fabulous! I have been doing it for about 4 days and my muscles are aching (no pain no gain). You can tell it works because of how you feel afterwards. Davina also makes it more fun to do with her attitude towards it.

It's buzzing with fabness.
