Free long distance calls
Cable is unreliable. Premier and on demand cable channels dropped off for no reason after a week. All-in-1 became all-in-NONE!
If you depend on the Internet or the phone to do business, don't use Time Warner Cable ALL-In-1! I've only been using All-in-1 for less than 4 weeks and had to schedule 3 tech visits! When All-in-1 failed, no phone, no Internet and no cable TV! I called tech support with my cell phone and was told that the tech will be at my house between 10-7, a 9-hour window! Also, an adult must be present when the tech arrives for any tech call.
