Emirates don't allow strollers on their flights! The flights were also overbooked. They took my stroller, and I was told that I would have the stroller at Dubai airport, but there was nothing. I was travelling alone with 3 kids. The youngest was only 5 months old. The staff at Dubai airport were very unhelpful. The ground staff should be courteous and polite, and helpful to the passengers.
