My local branch is only half mile away.
Business manager never returns calls.
Business support are always busy, and they never return calls.
I will change my bank as soon as possible. I tried to extend my overdraft with Natwest by £1000, and they made a £110 charge, although I paid £110 for my usual facility 2 months ago!
They are not really interested in small businesses, and they left me with no money for wages, then they said "have a nice weekend"!!
