Bank of America's online banking is a great resource to use when it comes to rectifying you account. Online access enables the customer to see exactly what the Customer Service Reps see. It's a great tool for those who like to monitor their account activity.

As far as bad points for online banking, the only one I can think of is if the computer system is down.

I love the fact that I can review my account activity from home. The fees that Bank of America charges is another story, but as far as online banking goes it's a sure win.
