The neck strap is a bit naff, and if you bounce around it will snap.
The Software isn't the best, unless you have another Creative product, and thus media source to go with it. It's usable, just not as usable as other Creative stuff.

General Comments

The Creative Zen Nano Plus MP3 player is small enough to go anywhere, but big enough to go there for a long time. If you want to fit as much as you can on the thing, you're best using WMA format at 64kbps rather than the equivalent, yet extensively bigger MP3 files of the same quality at 128kbps! The power is all about the standard of the batteries you use. If you are using it whilst cycling or at the gym, or any other situation where you don't need to fiddle with buttons or pick the tracks you want to listen to, then this is the perfect MP3 player for you. It is simple and practical! I could plug many other Creative products in my household, but I will spare the gentle reader from that! I could use a decent carry holder for the MP3 player though!
