Good Points

I love my car! It good points are:
1. Fuel efficiant
2. It looks like a pussy cat but it goes like the clappers
3. Its a nice tidy car to drive
4. Cheep to repare
5. Mine is spotless (No rust for a 1991 that is good)
6. It looks so much nicer than most of the new small cars just look at the K.A. (Yuk)
7. Any thing is better that an austine metro (But thats not to difficult)


Bad Points

Boy racer always try and get up my backside in there 1.2 novas or thier rubbish little pugs. There is any so many times you can blow them away without getting bord.


General Comments

Rover Metro 1.4 GTi, I own one, and they are a very sexy looking car. I goes like anything and dont you just love looking in the rear window, as the toss in his little 1.2 Nova dissapears into the disstance and your foot isn't even at the floor. Well i do!
Another good bonus you dont watch the fuel neadle go down when your foot does.
My car is spotless and cost me £450 with 35,000 on the clock. (And not a spot of nust in sight)
Full service history one little old lady owner from new (Bless).

    I totally agree withyou! i have a Rover Metro 1.1s and that goes like the clappers. For a 1.1 its 60bhp engine holds its own against even a standard 1.4 Nova. Its great to c a boy racer dispapeer into the distance.

    With regards to the fuel economy, im having a few problems with the sender unit, so i cant agree or disagree.

    I too own a metro 1.4 16v gti mpi
    It is one of the best cars ive owned,
    i used to own a nova 1.4 sri when i was 17/18, but i raced one in my metro and the poor guy could not keep up, at 22 im not too interested in racing much(only if you get up my rear bumper)but still i do like novas and would trade my metro in for a nova gte any day.
