A friend recommended this Nivea Sun Self Tan Lotion to me. It has a lovely fragrance, but I wouldn't try to apply it with your hands because it's a lotion and not coloured so you cannot control where you are putting it as much. My first application went a little wrong because of this. I use a foundation sponge to apply it as you can easy see where you are putting it and rub it in more or less in desired places. Also suitable for use on the face and I sometimes just use this as my foundation. You can also use this to build up a deeper looking tanning over a couple of days. I wouldn't suggest using a moisturiser with this as the lotion is very light anyway on the first application and if you do moisturise with it, the results aren't as noticeable. It's a little pricey at £7.99 a bottle but this was at Boots so you may be able to get it cheaper elsewhere. Depending how often you use this tan, depends how long it lasts for, I went through a stage of using it at least once a week and it lasted a good 2-3 months, so wasn't too bad and the results are subtle. It leaves a natural glowing tan. Just a note to be careful when applying around the feet, as it tends to dry a little more here so maybe a pea-sized amount of moisturiser should be used on this area. It's great for using on certain areas or as an all over tanning product. It also comes in two different shades from fair to normal and normal to dark. I know I've recommended it to friends and would definitely recommend it to others as well! The best tanning product I've found yet!
