The Apple iPod looks nice out of the box. Unfortunately it scratches easily. The battery has problems (3 iPod's in 3 years), and customer service at Apple is horrible!

I have absolutely nothing good to say about this product.

    This is a very bias comment. In actuality, Apple is very helpful when it comes to the iPod.

    If your are having problems, they try to fix it. If it is unfixable, and if you are still within your warranty, they will give you a brand new one.
