Good Points

Easy to use website, but that's it!


Bad Points

Too much hassle!


General Comments

I've had a flexible loan with Cahoot for several years, with a fixed credit limit. I used the loan occasionally as and when I needed to, and they've probably made quite a lot of money out of me. I've never been late for a repayment, and the balance is currently zero. They recently reduced my credit limit to £100, and when I phoned them they said that there was nothing they could do about it. They also kept putting my interest rate up whilst still advertising low rates on their website. I've subsequently closed my Cahoot current account, savings account and loan, because I'm fed-up with their attitude towards their customers.
